St. Vincent’s Villa has openings for compassionate, professional, reliable, organized, and patient individuals willing to assist children with severe emotional and behavioral difficulties in our residential treatment setting. We are located on a beautiful Timonium campus. The administrative assistant provides a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter the building. Provides professional and efficient administrative and clerical support to the RTC staff, vendors, visitors, and clients.
We are currently looking for anAdministrative Assistant II-SVV.The hours for this position are the following:
Monday or Wednesday from 8:00am- 4:00pm. Friday is a half day. This position will require the following:
AA degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and Access
Two to three years of administrative office experience.
