Catapult Healthcare is currently seeking multiple Registered Nurse (RN) candidates in the areas of ICU, IMU, and CVICU for a client facility in Northeast Texas for direct hire as employees of a regional health system. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress. Provide direct care through compassion, excellence and efficiency. Adhere to American Nurses Association Code of Ethics for Nurses.
