This position will report to a Sr. HR Business Partner and work closely with department leadership teams. Primary responsibility will be to ensure HR execution and performance for the assigned business units. You’ll act as a liaison with HR Shared Services to ensure the delivery of support to exceed internal client needs, while leading various projects and initiatives as determined in the annual planning cycle. As an Assistant Human Resources Business Partner, you will need to establish a strong partnership and execute initiatives related to developing and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.
