West Palm Beach Law Firm seeks a Legal Assistant with Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transactional experience. Other Transactional experience is a plus and only candidates with at least 5 years’ related experience will be considered.
Must be proficient with general Secretarial duties like handling documents/correspondence for 3 – 4 partners; maintaining attorneys’ calendars, billing; editing long complex documents; redlining etc.
