Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Welcoming visitors/guests
  • Outbound calls to vendors
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing mail and packages
  • Restocking of supplies
  • Basic Office Maintenance
