Greet visitors and assist them as necessary, giving applications to applicants and directing them to their interview at the appointed time.
Answer the phone in a professional manner and appropriately direct calls.
Sort and deliver mail to employees and residents.
Perform a variety of procedures to coordinate resident services, meet and manage residents needs, and assure resident satisfaction.
Log maintenance work orders.
Typing, filing, copying, faxing, mailing, and operating computer.
Confirm resident transportation arrangements and appointments as needed.
Maintain sign-in and sign-out logs for residents and caregivers.
Copy and collate all admission and marketing packages as needed.
Maintain resident information, employee contact information and emergency contact information at the front desk.
Respond to resident emergencies by dispatching someone to residents rooms or specific areas in the complex as needed.
Complete incidents reports when necessary.
Participates in all drills and in-service meetings as assigned.
Completes any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Business Manager or Executive
