Responsibilities

  • Manage & order all office supplies
  • Manage all incoming calls and telephone system
  • Review all incoming mail and distribute accordingly
  • Coordinate events and manage calendars
  • Assist in creation of policy documents for delivery to clients

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
