Vice President of Finance/CFO

Burgess Health Center is seeking a motivated leader to be the Vice President of Finance.
The Vice President of Finance/CFO is accountable for serving as the principal advisor regarding all financial matters which may affect the short term or long term financial success of the organization. The incumbent is accountable for planning, developing, implementing and administering financial control, analysis, operating systems, internal control, and establishing policies for the organization and its affiliates within general policy guidelines, and assuring that these policies are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, tax regulations, and existing federal and state laws.
Prior supervisory and general ledger/financial statement preparation needed. Five years or more healthcare finance experience, preferably CFO/VP finance experience. Cost reporting experience highly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting. Master’s degree is preferred.
