Job Description

Associate, Customer Care – 3 month contract with potential for hire or extension

As the Customer Care Associate for a leading pharmaceutical technology company you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding with empathy to inbound calls and claims from customers
  • Fielding and referring requests to various escalation points as needed
  • Conducting outbound calls to various healthcare employees
  • Experience within a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred

Location: Remote until further notice

Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm with flexibility

Growth: 3-month contract to start with opportunities for conversion or extension
