The Brockton Public Schools seeks a full-time Executive Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion who will be responsible for guiding efforts and creating opportunities to define, assess, and promote diversity equity, inclusion, educational opportunities, and cultural proficiencies. A minimum requirement of a Master’s degree required, an appropriate administrative license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education preferred. A second language fluency or competency preferred successful experience leading with community engagement, and a minimum of three years of experience leading DEI work.
