The incumbent will service all real estate, mortgage, limited partnerships and promissory note assets held in personal trust and employee benefit master trust accounts, in accordance with generally accepted accounting concepts and trust department policies and procedures. The servicing function is performed for the ten affiliate locations.
A minimum of three years experience in the real estate/mortgage field; or equivalent training in real estate/mortgage practices and/or management can be substituted for experience; college level business course work preferred; general knowledge of real estate, mortgagees, insurance, accounting and law applicable to real estate/mortgages and trust; PC skills; analytical ability; good customer service skills; the ability to work independently and also be a team player.
