(1) Support the National Leader on overall Cybersecurity solution offering development, including relevant tools and technologies. (2) Lead sales and pipeline development and execution for the Cybersecurity practice. This position is a multi-faceted, challenging role that requires excellent client/prospect facing skills, being well-versed and adept in Cyber tools and technologies (including the Microsoft security products/platforms), excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to effectively influence clients/opportunities, develop relationships with technical and business contacts/partners and a passion for and proven results in driving revenue. The Firm provides comprehensive Cybersecurity services to mid-market organizations including managed security services. – Identifies and leads new business opportunities to expand the practice and communicates such opportunities to superiors
– Leads marketing and business development activities and actively promotes Cybersecurity in the middle market, within BDO Digital, BDO USA and globally with partner firms
– Leads solution architecture
– Works closely with key internal Go-To-Market and other sales functions on partnerships, opportunity management and cross sell
– Leads and delivers market presentations, thought leadership, panels and other events
– Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Cybersecurity practice
– Prepares formal and informal presentations for various internal / external meetings, public events, webinars, panels and other speaking opportunities
– Manages tasks closely to make sure they are being completed in a timely manner

– Works closely with BDO Business Development team
– Ensures Cybersecurity and supporting teams such as Business Development are trained on all relevant solutions and services

Qualifications

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree, required
– Degree with a focus in Cybersecurity / Information Security, Technology, preferred Experience:
– Fifteen (15) or more years of Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or similar professional experience, required
– Five (5) or more years client facing consulting experience, required
– Five (5) or more years of strong sales experience – building and managing pipelines, required
– Strong and proficient technical knowledge and experience in cybersecurity tools, technologies and solutions, required
– Three (3) or more years experienced in consulting practice development, preferred Software/Tools/Products:
– Microsoft E5 including security (ATP, Sentinel, etc.), preferred
– SIEM products (e.g., Splunk, Rapid7, LogPoint, FireEye, Fortinet, Solar Winds, etc.), preferred
– Identity and Access Management products (e.g., OKTA, ForgeRock, Oracle, etc.), preferred
– Cloud security – Microsoft Azure & AWS, preferred
– End Point Detection products, preferred
– Data Loss Prevention, preferred
– Data Identification & Classification, preferred Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
