Overview
Performs a variety of routine clerical, reception, and office support functions to maintain an efficient education office to promote the nursing professional practice environment at Augusta Health. This role will function to support technical and training support needs for the PP team and organization.
Independently plans, organizes and completes daily work under limited supervision in a manner supportive of a team environment. Will act as a liaison between the Professional Practice & Education Team and IT to effectively triage any technical issues for all onboarding and education classes.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Associate’s or Bachelors degree in a human services, education, or related field preferred; or equivalent work related experience with prior training Experience Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
Healthcare office or clinical setting experience preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in an educational or learning environment, staff development, marketing, or information technology setting preferred
