Job Title: Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician II

Flexible Hours (Tentatively 1pm-9:30pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of facility equipment related to the functional operation of the Distribution Center. May be involved in miscellaneous facility structural repairs and maintenance as needed or required
  • Demonstrates basic competency in ALL specialty areas of facility. Specialties include HVAC, conveyer systems, machining, welding, carpentry, forklift machinery, electrical & control analysis
  • Prioritize and multitask in response to issues that arise regarding facility equipment
  • Dealing with all levels of staff, including verbal interactions with peer technicians, warehouse operators, crew leads and supervisors, and technician supervisor
  • Resolving complex issues with little or no direction and proactively seeking ways to make improvements
  • Interpreting basic information on engineering drawings and performing basic MS Office functions and MS Outlook

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven multi-tasking & prioritization experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the proper & safe use of both power and hand tools
  • Heavy experience in reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting, designing, and installing 120vac, 277vac, & 480vac electrical circuits within conduit
  • Well experienced in troubleshooting and installing control circuits including photo eyes, input/output modules, 24vdc protocol, solenoids, relays, pneumatics, and UPS functions
  • Experience with machining, carpentry, plumbing, welding, HVAC, lifts, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple demands from all levels of the organization and to work on a team with shared responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and high accountability
  • Some analytical problem solving & troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to look/identify/order necessary parts to complete tasks
  • Forklift certification and experience a plus
  • E xperience in industrial or commercial maintenance or formal vocational training
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints (including electrical schematics)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:


Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
