Arc3 is seeking its first Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement our digital marketing and eCommerce strategies, including optimizing and managing Arc3’s general online presence, website, B2B platform, and social media utilization in order to increase brand awareness, improve our internal and external customers’ B2B experience and effectiveness, and generate more sales. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter with a passion for all things marketing and technology.

Responsibilities:

Lead the transformation of Arc3’s overall digital presence, including creating and implementing a multi-year digital marketing and eCommerce roadmap.

Develop the strategy and execution for B2B features and content including blogs, emails, webinars, videos, newsletters and other resources that help to drive new prospects and improve internal and external customer education and retention.

Collaborate with IT and vendors to integrate B2B platform with back-end ERP systems.

Own the day-to-day hands-on management of Arc3’s B2B platform, Evolution X.

Work closely with others to build out a complete and comprehensible product taxonomy.

Measure, analyze and evaluate e-commerce effectiveness to improve user experience, user funnels, the on-line shopping experience, and profitability. Track KPIs and diagnostic metrics.

Design and execute a social media strategy with meaningful results (engagement, lead generation, website traffic, conversions, etc.).

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Create value-driven messaging and implement digital content marketing strategies and measurable outreach programs that resonate with key target audiences at all stages of the sales funnel.

Develop an omni-channel integrated marketing communications strategy that distributes the right content through various marketing channels, coordinating closely with the IT, Sales and Marketing teams.

Develop custom account-based marketing and personalization programs targeted to key decision-makers.

Manage the vendor new product launch process and continue to promote new products as part of a larger digital offering through audience-focused content and campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Drive the creation of high-quality short, medium and long-form digital marketing content working with Arc3’s and our vendors’ subject matter experts and thought leaders.
Regularly update the WordPress website.

Measure and report performance of the website and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Serve as a thought leader, keeping Arc3 current by maintaining a pulse on industry trends and best practices for targeting, content, execution, and analytics.

Continually uncover and identify new marketplace and customer tendencies, and understand “what must come next” from a category standpoint.

Act as a key steward of Arc3’s brand identity strategy.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or advertising in a business environment, preferably for a manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor.
Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in marketing automation, website development, WordPress, social media platforms.
Experienced content marketer who can collaborate with others to develop and execute targeted, relevant, personalized content.

Experienced writer and editor for multiple marketing channels and formats.

An understanding of best practices related to website design.
Ability to craft and implement breakthrough strategies.
Experience writing web copy that engages and converts.
Experience managing successful social media programs on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram that grew organic traffic.

A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong customer service skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field is required.

Be fluent in reading, writing, understanding and communicating in English.

Working knowledge of Microsoft programming languages and frameworks required.

Possess an understanding of Digital UX & UI best practices.

Location:

Remote, but with the ability to drive to Arc3’s Dunn, NC headquarters on occasion.
