Alluvion is hiring Contract CSR/Admin Assistant located in Pompano Beach, FL

Hours: 8:00 Am – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
This is a dual role working within both administration as well as customer service

  • Provide critical customer contact by relaying information relative to our products
  • Receiving customer orders by phone, email or fax
  • Following the order process through manufacturing and scheduling of delivery (or pick up).
  • Duties include coordinating orders and shipments, data entry, answering phones and helping walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Clerical: filing, emailing, scanning – working within Excel

Qualified candidates will possess:
Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.

2-3 years of experience in an office or manufacturing environment.
Customer Service Experience
Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task
Education – HS
