Employment group of SF trial boutique firm, Allen Glaessner Hazelwood & Werth LLP, seeks a talented attorney with 3-4 years of experience, to bolster its expanding practice. Attorneys should have experience with federal and state EEO agency investigations, as well as experience litigating a variety of employment cases in both federal and state court. The ideal attorney will have demonstrated skill with representing both public entity and private employers, and experience in a public entity law department or law firm working with colleagues collaboratively to analyze employment issues before litigation and preparing cases for dispositive motions, settlement and trials. Salary and benefits are competitive, but will depend on experience. Applicants must be an active member of the California bar and currently residing in Northern California.
