Ajilon is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work for a client located in Boca Raton, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be working out of the Supply Chain department and working closely with the Director of Supply Chain. This candidate must have experience handling a variety of administrative functions as well as some accounting experience. This client is growing rapidly and looking to make a decision quickly!


  • Assist with the department expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for several vendors – freight movements and raw materials
  • Obtain all backup documentation to create a 3-way match for Finance
  • Maintain records electronically
  • Assist with monthly vendor reconciliations and related transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing activities

Job Skills / Requirements

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel – able to create Pivot tables and conduct v-lookups
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Interact with management in a flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient manner
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of Great Plains a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field a plus

This is a contract to hire opportunity with an hourly range of $16.00-$17.00 p/h
