Overview
**Description:**• To verify identity, lot number, and sample incoming raw materials.• Composite raw material samples for retention and analysis.• Label, organize and store retain samples as part of the record.• Perform data entry of raw material retains and contract lab testing information (as required).• Analyze retention samples via FT-IR.• Maintain retain database and instrumentation records from FT-IR testing.• Assists in coordination receipt, review, and data entry of COA documents received per lot.• Track daily materials receipts to confirm and update Chinese and Statistical inspection levels.• Track possible changes or reductions in inspection levels.• Manage all aspects of the retain storage, content and archiving.• Coordinate sampling with receiving personnel to assure staging of materials.• Assure that the warehouse sampling room is sanitized before and after each shift.• Maintain, update, and/or create visual standards for blend and raw materials• Perform particle size testing when required in IP• Perform Raw Material lot releasing• Communicate RM status and issues**Skills:**Quality control technician, Quality control, nutraceuticals, FTIR, “select supplements”**Top Skills Details:**Quality control, FTIR, GMP**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**?
