Overview
**Description:**- Design retail stores / child care facilities in Revit and AutoCAD.- Go into the field and take measurements of existing buildings to convert into CAD. (Minimal Travel)- Put together construction documentation for builders/contractors.- Handling permitting issues by interacting with city officials.- Send drawings out to bid.- Project Managers will also be responsible for coordinating projects and communicating with clients. This person will have the opportunity to be fast tracked into a Client Manager role.- Duties may expand as our client likes to offer a lot of training and constantly encourages their employees to grow professionally.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**- Bachelor Degree in Architecture is preferred (will look at candidates with experience and Associates Degree or technical certification)- Must have experience performing design in Revit and AutoCAD.- Must have strong knowledge of how to put an entire building together from a construction standpoint.- Experience with full scale projects from conception to final punch lists- Any experience with child care project is a HUGE plus**Top Skills Details:**+ Revit+ AutoCAD+ Retail+ Child care+ Architectural Drafting+ Construction Documentation**About Aerotek:**We know that a company’s success starts with its employees.
