**Description:**The duties of the Project Coordinator may include any or all of the following, depending on the candidates’ qualifications, experience and abilitiesThe Project Coordinator will work with Project Managers and other team members in support of design and construction projects, from conception to completion.• Provide support for staff as needed, including backup reception duties, answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages, scheduling conference calls• Set up administrative systems and manage project information including hard-copy and electronic files• Complete word processing as needed, including letters, memos, reports and labels• Coordinate with project team members on the completion of documents, including; supporting the formatting, word processing and organizing of project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence• Provide document control for specifications, construction submittals, RFIs, and/or design reports by distributing the documents, tracking the progress of the documents, and communicating the status of the document reviews to the Project Team• Develop and edit PDF files, Word documents and templates, Excel spreadsheets and charts and PowerPoint presentations based on input from project team members• Prepare new project start-up documents per client quality procedures.• Be responsible for uploading documents to in-house filing systems and coordinating the documentation with client based systems (if required).• Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management throughout project• Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and format• Assist with preparing expense reports and booking travel for team members.• Assist with preparing project progress reports• Attend project meetings and prepare detailed minutes of meetings• Provide meeting setup, travel arrangements, light accounting and other miscellaneous tasks/projects as needed• Miscellaneous office duties including; answering phones, scanning, filing, mail, coordination of meetings, etc.• Work collaboratively with peers at the Tinker Air Force Base, OK office in Midwest City, OK and other clientoffices• Perform other duties as neededRequired Qualifications• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience• Highly organized, detail oriented, strong communicator• Excellent at multi-tasking with minimal supervision• Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Outlook• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must• 5+ years relevant experience in providing daily administrative support to staff membersPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in an administrative, business, engineering, technical or construction management program• Adobe Acrobat software experience• Preference given to local candidates**Skills:**Project Coordination, Data Entry, Construction, Administrative Support, general contractor**Top Skills Details:**project coordination within construction industrydocument controlcomfortable working along government integrators**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Best candidate is someone has a background working within the construction industry- At least five years of experience- Facilities experience- Knowledge of design and construction- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).- Strong organization and planning skills.- Excellent written and communication skills.**Experience Level:**Intermediate Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company’s success starts with its employees.
