The candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of typical high-level activities from normal admin level support to executive-level interfaces in a fun exciting team environment.This successful candidate will have these key responsibilities and proven track record:• Ability to manage a complex & fluid calendar for executives• Manage headcount, space coordination, end to end set up for new hires• Manage expense budget while coordinating planning & logistics of virtual team morale events• Procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials• Regularly manage membership to the team and process all new access requests• Regularly manage membership to provide inner ring access to select employees across the companyEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• 4-5+ years of professional and higher-level administrative experience plus an additional 1-2+years of EA experience supporting a manager at the GM level or Executive level in a professional and fast-paced organization**Top Skills Details:**1.
