**Hiring for a National Property & Casualty Insurer in Phoenix, AZ!****?** **Summary:** The main function of a policy processingclerk is to draft policies and take them through to closing. JobResponsibilities: Gather information and take each file from sale to closing.Verify insurance documents including income credit appraisal. Collect requireddocumentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed arerequested. Ensure that all policy documentation is complete, accurate, andcomplies with company policy. Establish, maintain, and update files, databases,records, and other documents for recurring internal reports. Act as a liaisonbetween the policy holder and insurance agent. Contact and communicate withclients by telephone, e-mail, or in-person.**Skills:** Basic knowledge in insurance industry.Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail. Abilityto handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Knowledge of basicaccounting processes and procedures. Basic computer skills including MicrosoftOffice.**Education/Experience:** High school diploma or GEDrequired. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. 0-2 years’experience required.**MUST****HAVES:**1. Customer Service/Data Entry experience2. Comfort with working on a computer**NICE****TO HAVES:**1. Time management, Working Independently2. Insurance Industry knowledge is a nice to have but not mandatory3.
