**Description:**PART-TIME ROLE (2.5 Days/week)Job Summary Responsible for maintaining a superior level of service to customers to ensure our long-standing reputation of commitment by performing the following duties:Responsibilities• Verify and confirm orders and pricing to customers both domestic and international.• Enter customer orders and prepare customs documentations for international orders.• Maintain customer orders and related correspondence with the rapid response, courtesy, and accuracy that our Customers have come to expect• Handle all customer calls, inquires and requests including up-selling when appropriate.• Customer correspondence including but not limited to, follow-up calls, and courtesy calls.• Handle request/inquiries from Regional Sales Managers and Sales Rep agencies, providing outside sales staff with updated product information.• Handle other requests from management on a timely basis.• Co-ordinate mailing list for region as required by marketing department.• Other duties may be assigned.Competencies• Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.• Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.• Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings.• Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.• Judgment – Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.• Planning/Organizing – Uses time efficiently; sets goals and objectives.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
