**Description:**The Compliance Assistant is the supporting role for the Compliance Department and all its functions in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.This individual help with a lot of admin work in the Compliance department, including audits and scanning/downloading docs.Looking for someone with a drive to get their foot into the mortgage industry with a keen eye for detail. If they have mortgage knowledge wonderful, but isn’t necessary. The AVP of Compliance is willing to train a “green” individual who is passionate about learning more about mortgage.95% – Assist Compliance and Risk Analyst and Compliance Specialist with internal monitoring requests, external audit requests from GSE’s (FNMA, FHLMC, VA etc.), FHLB, pre- and post-close quality control audits, repurchase documentation etc. (e.g., download, stack, and deliver pre-set files for auditing company’s QC review).
