Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position for home appliances in the Thousand Oaks area. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate. The Customer Service Representative will represent the brand by providing outstanding customer service and brand advocacy to customers and consultants via existing channels and project work. Channels include online CRM via email, telephone, and online chat, in addition to other cloud base platforms. While creating knowledge, excitement, and increased use of the brand’s products. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include, but are not limited to:+ Responsible for answering voice calls, emails and online chats, within the expected 4-hour response time window.+ Educate customers and Consultants to self-serve via online tools and expected to quickly and efficiently provide service+ Respond to all customers and consultants with empathy and patience+ Communicate timelines to customers and consultants.+ Performing virtual (via online recording platform) and in person demos.
