Adecco Search is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hIre Business Development Job in Seabrook, NH for our client , a busy distributor of quality consumer products. We are seeking 3 or more years of sales experience with proven success and the ability to generate new business and nurture current accounts. This position provides you with an opportunity for unlimited earning potential as well as career advancement while working with a team of people who love to work hard and have fun! In this position, you will be focused on expanding our market penetration into the furniture store industry. You will work a deck of existing accounts as well as build a database of prospects currently engaged in promoting & selling massage chairs. Previous experience of managing multiple accounts, cold calling, and phone sales are preferred however we are willing to train. Some travel will be required to a few trade shows in future years. Our client offers a base salary and commission, prefers candidates that know they can grow a great income by selling. Responsibilities for the Business Development Representative in Seabrook, NY include. The position is focused on qualifying new business opportunities while supporting an existing deck of accounts to help deliver incremental revenue and gross margin.+ Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this position will work closely with other team members to drive incremental revenue and new customer acquisition.+ Support & execute business strategies focused on increasing market share.+ Exceed all sales activity targets and promote our products in alignment with stated business strategies.+ Leads, Sales Training and coaching provided. Positional Responsibilities:+ Meet and exceed all activity metrics including outbound calls.+ Qualification of leads based on business criteria provided.+ Set up call appointments with HOT leads for future follow up.+ Updating customer records in our CRM program.+ Use all other sales tools as directed to maximize results.+ Attend weekly team meetings.
