Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Business Analyst job in Pennington, NJ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!+ Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract+ Length: 10+ months+ Pay: 22.00 / HR+ Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P Responsibilities for this Business Analyst job include, but are not limited to: + Current state analysis of core defined functions across lines of business (e.g. GWIM, Private Bank, etc.)+ Create detailed process mapping of the current state and identify key differences and opportunities to streamline processes across lines of business+ Solicit and document requirements based on opportunities identified for target state+ Create target state detailed process mapping of the core functions+ Perform detailed analysis to determine mapping for common field values across lines of business (e.g. AML data, Addresses, etc.)+ Perform detailed analysis and provide recommendations to harmonize data across lines of businesses+ Summarize findings and playback to leaders using appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)+ Be able to communicate findings and leans effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders+ Ability to facilitate interviews with subject matter experts, review documentation across various lines of business / areas on core defined functions and synthesize the information into a presentable format for decisioning by key leaders & stakeholders Qualifications for this Business Analyst job:+ Ability to perform detailed process mapping and document gaps and opportunities+ Ability to perform complex data analysis / data mapping+ Familiarity with Agile concepts / tools is a plus+ 4 year degree is highly preferred+ Three-Five years of brokerage experience preferred and / or experience in a Senior Data Analyst/Business Analyst role Why work for Adecco? + Weekly pay+ 401(k) Plan+ Skills Training+ Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits IMPORTANT: This Business Analyst job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
