5+ years consulting and/or business analysis experience
5+ years of software (SaaS experience preferred) or technology experience. Have the business savvy to understand & probe customer needs and demonstrate quantifiable business value
Ability to discuss API (REST, Soap, etc.) connections with customers.
Experience with demonstrating APIs in a Postman type of a tool or any other REST API client is a plus.
Ability to create and present technical requirements documents; obtain buy-in
Ability to create Architecture Integration diagrams to demonstrate to customers best practices.
Working knowledge with one or more modern scripting languages (e.g. Angular, jQuery) and popular programming languages (e.g. Java, C#) is required.
Although the job responsibilities do not include coding, the role does require working with our customer’s developers to assist with the implementation of our APIs.
A desire to work with the latest and greatest web technologies is required, as well as a willingness to interact with the product groups and act as an advocate for the customer
Ability to present to all levels of business and technical decision makers, and is technical enough to get into the code/design with internal engineering leads and have credibility across a development organization

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) or equivalent experience
