West Newark/Granville area Real Estate appraisal company is in need of an administrative assistant.
Requirements: Company would like the candidate to be familiar with Real Estate terms and have some experience or training or schooling in Real Estate but it is not a must. Must have above average data entry and administrative experience.
Duties: Candidate will utilize MS office skills to create documents. Will be responsible for processing appraisal orders that are received. Candidate will print off order, search the MLS and Licking County Auditor’s office for information. Will schedule appointments and input data into real estate software. Will perform general clerical duties.Will train the right candidate to perform appraisals at a later time.
Hours will be part-time from 1pm-5pm Monday-Friday.
