MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Thorough understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
2. Knowledge of Company’s business practices and vision
3. Familiarity with Business Objects 3.1 or greater
4. Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Server 2000, Adobe Acrobat, Visual Studio.net and web-based applications
5. Experience with PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
7. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
10. Ability to use good judgment in conveying project status and problem escalation
11. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
