Getting the job done is not a problem. Getting the job done on time is definitely the problem. Is your company having hiring problems or is it that they don’t want to hire?
Hiring for manual labor jobs is tough. There used to be jobs for teens to learn skills and get their hands dirty. A paycheck was earned. I did drywall, painting, mitigation, some construction, and it was great. Some of my best stories come from working those jobs.
What does your company look like? What would help?
